Brooklyn Bound - Jayson Alexander & Fast Track Racing Reunited for Michigan
August 12, 2024 (CHARLOTTE, North Carolina) - Excitement in the Jayson Alexander Racing stable today, as the group announced its fifth ARCA Menards Series race of the year. This Friday, August 16, Alexander heads to the grand Michigan International Speedway. The two-mile paved oval speedway boasts some of the fastest speeds the ARCA Menards Series drivers will get to experience.
Alexander also rejoins the Fast Track Racing team, as he drives the #10 Toyota Camry this weekend. The duo is led by Crew Chief, Chris Vanscoy, who has great success this season. Recently, Alexander and the team came off a top-20 finish less than a month ago at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
This opportunity is nothing but exciting for the 21-year-old North Carolina native, “I am absolutely pumped to get back behind the wheel at one of the fastest tracks on the Calendar,” Alexander said with a huge smile. He also isn’t a stranger of the speedway nestled in the Irish Hills of Michigan, “Last year I went over the wall as a crew member and this year I get to drive this race. I have so much appreciation and gratitude for everyone that has given me the chance to get here, and I am so excited to show what we can do this Friday night.”
The ARCA Menards Series Henry Ford Health 200 will take place on Friday, August 16, with the race action beginning at 6:00 p.m. EST on Fox Sports 1. Jayson Alexander will be driving the #10 Toyota Camry for Fast Track Racing.
